- Supply your own sheets, blankets, bath towels, and pillowcases. RV has one king size bed and two queen bunks in garage. Follow instruction on how to operate bunks, failure to do so can cause damage.
- We leave cleaning supplies, please leave RV clean. No more than 4 people on side and rear deck at one time, the decks are not rated for more people than that and could collapse.
- Drain both black and gray water tanks before you leave, we left instructions in cabinet by front door along with other operating instructions.
- Do not flush anything down toilets except toilet paper, these rv has tanks not septic systems so objects besides TP and poop will damage plug tanks. Always flush twice to keep more water in tanks,
- Do not leave awnings out if wind is above 10 mph and never leave out un attendant and when sleeping. High winds will damage awnings. Do not run both AC units unless you are on 50-amp service.

We will not allow the RV to leave with you unless you have the adequate truck to safely pull it. This RV is 42' long triple axel and requires a minimum of a one ton dually diesel to tow it safely.
