- E/W Hook up camping. Dry camping requires booking our generator and will have additional requirement fees. AC can only run with 30 amp hook up, preserve AC when not in the camper.
- No more than 200 lbs on the small tent pop down and 450 lbs on the larger pop down tent.
- Dry Camping: Use of a 3500kw or more generator, dump tank for black and Grey Tank, do not go lower than 1/2 tank water in fresh water. No 4x4 off road trails to site.
- NO Wet Wipes in Toilet, only RV TP!!! Keep B/G water hooked up to Sewer drain at site. Keep closed & dump often. Dry camping, connected to 40 gallon dump tank in camper. Must clean dump tank if use.

We only offer our Cabana in the Oasis as a full delivery and setup within 50 miles radius and after .45 cents per mile with a $50 delivery fee. We setup and do all the hook ups and dumping.
We suggest not to dry camp unless you have a 3500wt generator. The 40 gallon fresh water ...

We had such a wonderful experience renting this trailer. We had never done this before and the owners were beyond helpful- explaining the set up, parts, what to do in the event of an emergency etc for over an hour. They helped with the hookup, and we’re available for calls should we have any more questions.
True to it’s name, this little trailer was our little oasis. It’s cute and served it’s main purpose of keeping our baby warm at night during our camping trip. The owners were very responsive and punctual with delivery and pick up. We could tell they loved the outdoors as much as we did and eager to share their trailer for an enjoyable experience. Would rent from them again!
