Rental Rules
- No pets

- Minimum renter age of 25
- For Deliveries: Set up will be done for you, however used bedding sheets and pillow case need to be removed and left in the laundry container given.
- Make sure all surface areas are clean from all debris and crumbs.
- Outdoor kitchen - make sure you dump any oil properly in the garbage, not in sinks or toilet. Wipe down and clean. $25 charge if left with grease.
- Remove all unused food and drinks from refrigerators inside and in outside kitchen area before returning it to owners.
- $75.00 fee will be assessed for every hour we have to wait past the contractual meet time! If the wait time exceeds 2 hours a $250.00 fee will be assessed in addition to the hourly rate.

Notes
Dump Fee will be deducted from your Deposit if the rig comes back full. If your site is not full hook ups, and it is for delivery, add the dump fee at the beginning or it will be deducted from your deposit.

This was the first time my husband and I had rented an RV trailer. We were delightfully surprised with how roomy, clean, and extremely comfortable Mike and Margarita's trailer was. All the beds were upgraded and very comfortable. We absolutely loved the experience. Mike and Margarita were friendly and helpful.
The RV was amazing! Very comfortable and spacious. My wife and kids truly enjoyed sitting in the massage chairs after a long day away from camp. Margarita n Mike were extremely transparent in their communication and responsive to questions. We look forward to renting from them again.

Trailer was awesome for our family of six, that included four teenagers. They loved the bunk house. The outside grill with fridge was great. RV was all set up and ready to go, a great overview was provided. RN was well stocked - we flew in from AZ and only had our carry on of clothes and the RV had everything we needed and more.

We had a great stay at this trailer. Margarita was very responsive and helpful. Super clean trailer - - - linens, bedding and towels provided are newer, modern looking inside, comfortable beds, all basic amenities provided, including outdoor table and camping chairs. We’re a family of 4 and there’s plenty of room. Easy drop off and pick up. We’ll rent again if we go to the same place.
