Rules & Policies
- Minimum renter age of 25
- Pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- Only allow Dogs. No more than 2 and no more than 50 lbs each.
- Renter must dump Grey and Black water tanks prior to returning rental. All renters items and trash must be removed as well. A $50 dumping fee will be added if you do not empty tanks.
