Eric was great, my family and I had a wonderful experience with this RV, we had no problems but one but Eric got it fixed right away! We will definitely be renting again next year for our trip, RV was so nice and clean and roomy and was stocked with all the essentials. If your looking for a RV look no further rent this one!
