2. RV must be returned in the same condition it was picked up in order to avoid damage fees. We will make sure that the pickup and drop-off forms are filled out correctly to protect both parties.

While communication to pick up RV was good, that’s really where it ended. After charging generator, power converter was blown from the start. Entire weekend was not able to use any outlets or fridge after we had a mechanic tell us none of the power was converting from generator. All our food spoiled, and rv is showing serious age. Didn’t even do anything strenuous. Just hung at a camp site.

Roney was prompt and attentive in responding to questions. We paid for delivery and he was right on time and was accommodating when we needed a little extra time for drop off. The RV came stocked with the items promised and even a little more, free of charge. The motorhome ran great and everything worked as designed. Overall great experience.
Had a language barrier, wife was hard to understand and really didn’t know how some of the things on the motorhome work. Always want me to text the husband. Vacation work out find tho. She just needs a little time more to answer the question if she delivers the motorhome.
A bit rattly and showing its age, refrigerator took overnight to cool. Charged a cleaning fee but we left it cleaner than we received it.
