Alfredo seems like a nice guy, but really does not maintain the RV well.
Hello Jessica,
I do apologize for your negative experience. The batteries are within a year old and unfortunately are not holding charge. All of your concerns above are due to the batteries not holding charge. Unfortunately, they are car batteries that are used to power an Rv and do go out. They will be replaced under warranty. The black tanks were emptied.
Communication was great throughout the trip
This rv was basic, the condition was pretty poor. As requested, we brought our own bedding, pillows, towels. The person delivering didn’t have a long enough electric cord but went off to store to get one. Alfredo was flexible re delivery time, and got a coffee maker for the rv. All in all, this rv was adequate for a family of 4, but overpriced for its condition(150/night)
