Rental Rules

- Minimum renter age of 25
- No smoking, vaping, or drug use is allowed in the vehicle. Your entire security deposit will be held until smoke remediation can be obtained. Remediation specialist charge plus a service fee of $100.
- Towing behind trailer, racks, or other attachments to the exterior of the vehicle is prohibited.
- Renter is responsible for any tickets, tolls, and impounds, even if the notice arrives after late fees and admin fees have been compounded.
- If there is a mechanical failure or problem requiring roadside assistance, renter should call number provided by insurer and alert owner immediately. RENTER SHALL NOT ATTEMPT TO MAKE ANY REPAIRS.
- Renter is responsible for making sure the tow vehicle can safely tow the gross weight and tongue weight listed. Cargo weight shall not exceed 1700 pounds.
