- Minimum renter age of 25
- Pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- Renter is responsible for cleaning all kitchen items utilized and storing them properly. Renter is also responsible for general cleaning and emptying of trash.
- Only one cat or dog is allowed, maximum weight of 40 lbs. Exceptions will be made for service animals.
- Our delivery and pick-up time is set at 3:00pm. This is due to our work schedule. If you are needing a different time, we may be able to work something out let us know in advance.
