Rules & Policies
- Minimum renter age of 25
- No pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- Please, Absolutely no smoking in or around Trailer. Any sign or smell of smoke will forfeit your deposit.
- With any sign of wind, please keep awning closed.
- Pick-up and drop off is a set time for my schedule. If trailer is to be dropped off any later then 3 (or time agreed upon in advance) You will be charged for an additional night.
Grey and Sewage fee will be taken from deposit if returned not dumped.
