The mattress was too big for the platform and wrapped in the plastic from the factory. The plugs quit working after a couple of days, only the bedroom one worked. It was clean and set up when I got there

Thank you for the review. My apologizes that the brand new bed was not to your liking. The plastic was removed and the outlet have been repaired. A ground wire was broken during your rental which caused the plugs to stop working. Had you contacted us when this happened ...

Rules & Policies
- Minimum renter age of 25
- No pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- Generator is provided with a full tank of gas. Renter is responsible for providing additional gas. Must return generator with a full tank of gas . If generator is returned empty a $50 fee is charge.
- If sewage tanks are not emptied at end of rental, renter will be charged a $50 fee.
- If camper requires a service fee during rental to repair an issues. If incident was caused by rental's actions, renter will be responsible for the bill.
- If camper is not returned in a clean state, renter will be changed a cleaning fee ranging from $100-300 depending on the degree of severity of the mess.
- Upon departing, remove all personal belongs, garbage, and items from fridge. Place dirty linens in tub/shower. Sweep floors.
