First off my family and I went into this venture with the greatest of expectations. My husband and I recently adopted 4 siblings and have made every effort to show them different experiences through family vacations. This RV trip was for my mom's 70th birthday and was planned according to the luxury of travel in the RV that Mr. Meadows advertised.
Alicia did not come inside into the RV for my tutorial. They did not know how to let the bed down. I instructed them upon arrival and they still called once they got to the campsite. They did not know how to operate the refrigerator because when they brought the RV back they said That the refrigerator did work obviously they knew nothing about the operations of an RV.
Awesome rental
Communication was good initially - The Fridge stopped working on day 1, all of our perishable food had to be thrown out. We tried contacting owner following the return (he was unable to meet us) and could not get any response. I felt that some type of credit for loss of food etc. would have been appropriate (or a waiver of cleaning fee).
Forrest didn’t know how to operate the fridge.I haven’t had any complaints since his rental about the refrigerator. I didn’t reimbursed him for food because my mechanic said that nothing was wrong with the refrigerator. Also Forrest thought that he should’ve paid cleaning fees.
That is a requirement for all Rv rentals.
Host sent a short video giving specific info for potential problems. Video answered most questions. Host was very nice and available upon calling with questions prior to trip and while on trip. The RV was everything and more my wife and I anticipated! Brand new everything! Clean, comfy, drives smoothly! This was the best experience and the host was Awesome!
Nadra. was a delight to work with. Extremely friendly. This was her first time renting an rv. She did great. Took very good care of the unit. And returned it clean
