Sam made our first time renting an RV as easy as possible. He was thorough in going over how everything works and when we set up camp it took about 5 minutes. The air conditioning in this thing rocked and was a life saver as it got to 95 degrees where we stayed. The queen sized bed was also incredibly comfortable. Overall, it couldn’t have been a better choice for us.
