Taylor was great, and responded very quickly to any questions I had. The motorhome ran great, and made for easy camping. Everything in the instructional video was very informative and helpful for our little vacation. Will definitely rent from them again! -P

Taylor and William were very thorough in instruction, and support! As first time RV users we ran into challenges (steep learning curve), they were quick to respond to questions and offered coaching and solutions!
The RV is fine overall. No problem with communication and they answered all our questions. The RV does appear as it looks in the pictures. It’s a bit worn in places. Seats are stained in spots. It is a very bumpy ride. Everything shakes in the back if you are on a rough road. Since this was our first experience in an RV, maybe that is how they all are. Idk.
I'm sorry you had a bad experience. I wish you would have communicated these things to us while they were happening so we could have helped you troubleshoot these simple user errors. We had the generator service with an oil change and stress tested the month prior to your reservation. Everything came back great with a generator.
Great experience and great people to rent from. So understanding and extremely flexible
Unfortunately, the generator for this RV didn't work correctly the majority of our trip. Thus, the A/C, microwave, fridge, etc. didn't work - leaving us with a 3,000+ mile trip at 7 MPG and still needing to stop in hotels, buy food at restaurants, etc.
When I asked about an adjustment to the final bill, the owner offered a $45 reduction. Wow. Thanks.
I recommend shopping elsewhere.
We did see and have proof that you used the generator for 17 hours for the duration of your trip. We also tested and used it when you brought it back, and it was working perfectly fine. We have had no complaints about the generator from any renters after you.
