NIGHTMARE RENTAL EXPERIENCE!!! Jesus charged us a premium to take the RV to the desert. However, the AC did work at it was a disaster. It was so hot we couldn't sleep and even sit during the day or the night because it was hotter in the RV than outside. To make matters worse, ...

Solar Panel got stolen from renter, even though we pleaded to not park in San Francisco, which the Renter did.
Dust got into the air filter generators + the Battery not charging due to the stolen Solar Panel caused issues.
License and registration was present in the RV.

Great experience. We were first time RV renters and things went very smoothly. We were learning as we went and couldn't figure out how to turn on the heat (could have been us, could have been an issue with the rental, still not sure) but otherwise didn't have any problems.
Rules & Policies
- Minimum renter age of 30
- Pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- For burning man, all vents need to be covered. We will provide tape.
- You must return the RV clean. The extra cleaning is for deep cleaning, failure to do so will result in $250 extra charged
- You must dump the black and gray tank, or you will be charged $150 extra.
- You must fill up the propane you used. If we have to fill it up for you there is $50 fee + propane
