- No smoking or vaping inside the trailer. Please try to grill outside so no smell hangs in living and sleeping quarters after pick up. We do our best to keep it clean for you and future renters.
- Hardware such as sinks and bathroom/shower are fragile. So please keep In mind when using and treat with care. It’s not built like household hardware.
- This is our personal trailer so we ask that you treat it with care and respect, we take it once a month on family trip, if it goes to the shop, it affects our Personal trips also.
- Please reach out to Victor any time for any reason. If your not sure about anything just feel free to reach out and we will guide you through the problem. more than likely it’s a quick fix. Any time.
- If your not using the awning please keep it closed as winds can catch on the arms and bend

We had such a nice stay in Josefine’s Keystone! We had a really tough spot to get into, but it wasn’t a problem. We we’re set up so nice, everything perfectly level and super clean! I’d recommend the van to anyone.
Josephine and Victor we excellent hosts, great turn key experience with a trailer that was well equipped and supplied.

Victor and Josefine's RV was just perfect for our weekend stay in Hollister! It was super clean and spacious, and it came with awesome amenities. Victor and Josefine were great with communicating with me a week before and were super accommodating to our drop off and pick up time.
