Rules & Policies
- Minimum renter age of 25
- No pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- DO NOT flush paper towels, tissue, wet wipes including flushable or septic safe, sanitary napkins, or food waste in black tank. Damage may result in fees. Only use provided marine-grade toilet tissue.
- Absolutely NO SMOKING or VAPING in/or around the vehicle at any time!
- From Dec. 1 to Mar. 1 travel is limited to the states of VA, NC, TN, KY, AR, LA, MS, GA, FL and SC. This limit is to avoid exposing the RV to below freezing temps and hazardous road conditions
The RV is set up on a gravel pad in front of our home, under its own shelter. We live on a 2-acre wooded lot in the country. A stationary rental puts you 15 min from downtown Savannah and 40 min from HHI and Tybee Island beaches, perfect for summer fun, events, concerts, and St. Patrick's Day. 30 amp electric service, water and sewer hookups, trash disposal, and WiFi are all provided. For those who wish to be closer to the action, we will deliver and set up at any of the local campgrounds.
We have low upfront fees! Check out the optional fees/upgrades we offer. Let us know if you will need towels and linens, mattress toppers or kitchen cookware, utensils and/or dinnerware prior to your check in so that we have time to accommodate your request.
