- No Smoking or Vaping: Our RV is a smoke-free space, including inside and within 25 feet of the vehicle. Please respect this policy to ensure a clean and pleasant environment for everyone.
- Cleanliness & Condition: Please return the RV clean and tidy, with trash removed and surfaces wiped down. Excessive messes, stains, or extra cleaning may result in additional fees.
- Damage or Loss: Renters are responsible for any damage during the rental. Please report issues immediately. A security deposit is required and refunded after a satisfactory return inspection.
- Cooking & Odor: Please avoid frying seafood or cooking strongly scented foods inside the RV. Odors can linger in fabrics and surfaces. Lingering odors may result in additional cleaning fees.
- Pet Policy: Pets must be well-trained, housebroken, and may not be left unattended in the RV at any time. Due to space limitations, large breeds are not permitted. Damage fees may apply.

We rented this RV for Parents Weekend at Georgia Southern and had a wonderful experience. It was perfect for our family — my wife and I, our two high school daughters, and one of their friends. We stayed two nights at the stadium RV lot and had such a great time. The RV itself was spotless, very comfortable, and clearly well cared for.
