Marcelo was lovely to work with. The RV was easy to use, and when we did run into an issue connecting water at our campsite (not his fault) he was very responsive and quick to help us figure it out. We were over an hour late dropping it off due to traffic, but he told us not to stress. Great RV and great person to work with.
Marcelo was very good to work with and has a well running machine. We enjoyed a long week and his accommodations were great.
This RV was perfect for our group of 7 (4 adults & 3 children) for our trip in the canyon lands of southern Utah and northern Arizona in October 2024. The vehicle drove nicely and had quite of bit of power for such a large vehicle. I loved the large storage space at the back of the RV which is accessed from the outside.
RV rental was amazing and resulted in an awesome vacation. We never experienced a trip with an RV and we had a great time. Marcelo was helpful and walked us through the operations of the RV. He was super helpful and open for any questions. We had zero issues with the whole experience. I would definitely recommend this one.
We had several problems with the rv. Dash air would reduce to almost no air going up hill or accelerating on flat ground. Generator stopped a few times and was difficult to restart. Toilet overflowed once.
Kind and helpful owner and clean RV, we had a great trip!
