- No smoking allowed
- If there is any smell of smoke in the trailer, 100% of security deposit will not be refunded.
- $300 fee if black OR grey tank is not emptied. $120 fee if firepit returned damaged/broken. 100% of security deposit will not be returned if generator returned damaged/broken or not returned at all.
