Rules & Policies
- Minimum renter age of 25
- Pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- We are pet friendly but request you do not allow pets on the bed, table, or recliners due to their nails. Please do not use the ladder, or anything else, to climb onto the roof of the trailer.
- Please make sure they are no chewers (pets) and that you follow the rules of the campground regarding unattended pets, leash requirements, etc.
- We don't mind if you smoke outside but please no smoking indoors. If there is smoke inside it could cause you to lose your deposit for professional cleaning services.
- If you bring the trailer back in darkness or drop off keys without authorization, there will be a $75 fee assessed.
- The fire pit is used for heat only. Please do not cook, roast (food or marshmallows, etc.), or heat anything with it. If you do, your deposit will be revoked.
The trailer will be rented with full propane tanks. The water, black and grey tanks will be emptied and ready to go. If the renter does not empty the black and grey water tanks, the deposit will be forfeited. You may choose to pay for the Return Bundle which makes these items th...
