Eddy was very easy to work with, he responded promptly to all inquiries. We can tell he takes very good care of the RVs he rents and overall we would recommend renting from him.
Eddy was helpful when we had questions on the road and also replaced water hose when on the road and it leaked and we were passing thru. Gave us a grill and extra foam mat for the bed above the cab. He also called me to advised I left some jewelry and sending him a pre-posted envelope to send back.
Had a great time. Quick and easy pickup and drop off. Russell was right on with the perfect rental. No operating issues. Unit drove well. Plenty of storage and easy access to our gear.
I will definitely be back to rent from Russell. Compared to the high priced competitors in Anchorage, you get value from renting from Russell.

This was a great experience and will rent from Eddy again! Very good communication, the Rv was cleaned well and the amenities were spot on. The only thing we wished we’d had was a DVD player for rainy days as anticipated.

Thanks! I’m glad you guys enjoyed the rv and we do hope to see you guys again 🙂 now that you mention the DVD player I feel really bad. The DVD player for that rv is actually the CD player installed in the dash of the cab but I haven’t told anyone that yet 😳😅 will be letting everyone in the future know that it is there.
