Steve replaced the cheap trailer mattress with a real mattress -- best nights sleep I have ever had in a trailer. He explained everything well to get us set up and got right back to us when we had questions He was willing to go the extra mile in helping us return it. The bathroom is wonderful. I am 6' 4" and fit fine in the shower. Very roomy trailer and a great value.
Great experience partnering with Steve for our trip. We even had a glitch, on our end, and he was able to work it out on his end. The trailer is beautiful, great private floorplan, spacious and setting the bed up from a sofa is easy, too. We opted to use his linens and camp chairs which was a good decision. Outdoor stove is a huge plus!
We had a wonderful trip and the RV and it was super easy to pull. The owner provided a stabilizer hitch that was a real asset when pulling his RV. He provided step by step instructions for hooking up and unhooking the RV which made it much easier to us who are not used to pulling trailers.
The trailer was very clean and comfortable.
Renting an RV from Steve was such a pleasure! He is incredibly patient and very professional! He has an easy way about himself with regards to questions and answers you may have or need! There's a lot of preparation in hitching and unhitching, one that you should not take lightly! Steve is so patient!
The pictures that you see are good, but, wow! When you walk into the RV, it's REALLY nice!
Steve was great to work with. He communicated great with us to plan and the trailer is in amazing condition (the best rental we have experienced). We will definitely be using Steve on our next camping family adventure.
Steve was so easy to work with. He had great communication, set up the RV for us and reached out the next day just to make sure everything was running great. Everything was just as described and can I mention how big the shower was! My husband at 6'3" said it's the first one that he felt good showering in. Look forward to another trip.
