Based on the price they charge, and the photos we saw on line, we expected a fairly newer looking RV. The photos they show must have been when the RV was new. It’s certainly not that way now, neither inside or out. It was one of the most uncomfortable RV’S driving down the road, making rattling sounds throughout the RV.
This renter left blood on the sheets and brand new mattress pad and tried to conceal it. When I discovered it upon return, he became angry and refused to pay for replacement. I absorbed the cost and purchased replacements, but he still wrote this review as retribution. Please see our other reviews.
David was awesome! Great communicator and readily available if you need him while on your trip. I also appreciate the convenient checklist tool provided to help with basic functionality of the RV. Definitely recommend these folks.
Overall, we had an excellence experience with David. He was very responsive before and during our trip even when we had questions while at our campsite. The inside of the coach was a little dusty due to the quick next day turn around. The rental pictures were a little deceiving making the appearance of the external coach seem newer than it really is but that's just cosmetic.
It was Awesome experience to rent again from Rosemary and David! looking forward for next year.
