Rules & Policies
- Minimum renter age of 25
- Pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- Pick up and drop off is between 2pm and 3pm to facilitate orientation and paperwork. Return is by 11am late return fees will be charged at $50 an hour. Both apply for delivery and pick up.
- No Smoking or vaping. Any evidence of smoking or vaping will result in a $500 charge. No Beach Camping, $300 charge for violation. - GPS verified.
- Under no circumstances should the RV be climbed upon. We supply a pop-up canopy; the awning is not to be used. Cutting the zip ties will result in a $300 charge.
- If wastewater tanks are not emptied there will be a $150 charge. Pet friendly upon approval unapproved pet $300 Charge, no cats.
- Tires are the responsibility of the renter. Cleaning supplies are provided, we expect the common courtesy of a tidy return, excessive cleaning will result in supplemental charges.
Pick up and drop off is between 1pm and 2pm to facilitate orientation and paperwork. Late return fees will be assessed.
