- This is a non-smoking and non-pet unit. If evidence is found of smoking/pet in the unit (smoke odor, ash, pet odor, fur etc...) the renter will be charged a $500 penalty for cleaning and sanitizing.
- An abondamment fee of $1000 will be charged if the unit is not return and a late return fee of $250 a day will be charged if the unit is not returned per the agreed on terms.
- Return the rented unit in the same condition you received it, less normal wear. A minimum of $50 for this unit will be deducted from the security deposit if the interior isn't cleaned.
