- $80.00 extra fee will be charged for late pickup , early or late dropoff of the unit from agreed time arranged with ower.
- If toilet neck is clocked of waste , $100 extra fee will be charged.
If renter does not include in the booking a propane tank fee I will assume they will provide their own .
