Robert was great to work with. The RV is in fantastic shape and very comfortable. Never driven an RV? No worries this one handles great. You get used to it quickly. Robert's tutorial was spot on. I recommend videoing in small segments so it's easier to find what you want. We wanted to review the process to empty the tanks and it was well into the hour tutorial.
We enjoyed our rental. The owners were very easy to work with and responded to every message within minutes. The RV was very nice and had every amenity imaginable. The owners were super friendly and even mailed us some belongings that we accidentally left behind on the RV. The rental was on the expensive end, but I felt that we got what we paid for. The vehicle is basically a drivable hotel.
Coming into this trip I have never driven an RV before and shared the common concerns most people have; drivability, gas availability, climate control and managing the service hook up's....
-Drivability: Over the course of 1,000 miles trip the rig was easy to handle with sufficient cameras and mirrors to navigate everything, it took about 2hours to get used to the rig.

Stuck in the middle of nowhere with no power.
You’ll NEVER read that in a review of this rig. We rented this tricked out B+ style van from Rob for 3 nights. Starting from the day we made the reservation until we dropped it off, Rob was responsive and helpful. He stuck to the agreed upon pick up and drop off times, and did a good job with about a 45 orientation.
We were in town for my daughter’s wedding. The RV was a perfect choice for our trip. Communication with Rob was excellent and on-going. He was very responsive to questions in a timely fashion. The RV was so clean and comfortable. There were a lot of supplies stocked to make traveling easier. Rob was very accommodating with drop off and pick up.
So nice to meet you both! I am so happy we could help make your trip a memorable one. Please look us up again the next time you visit The Land of Enchantment!
This RV and the Owners are great! This was our second rental and we had a fantastic trip. Rob and Erik have thought of everything and they are always available for any questions. We look forward to renting again. Thanks for another successful trip!
