This was our first time renting an RV so we don't have anything to compare to, but the rental process, pick up and delivery went smoothly. Unfortunately that was all that was smooth. We had a very rough, loud and bumpy ride. Driving was spongy and hard to control. Maybe the shocks are bad?
Faiez was accessible for all our questions about how things worked during our trip. We started with a week rental and extended it by 5 days. He made it happen easily.
