The absolute worst experience of my life! Do not rent anything from Darrel!!! I have a dispute and waiting of refund because they tried delivering an RV that wouldn’t connect to power/56,000 watt generator that 6 others had no problem connecting to. Then tried to bring a water damaged rv that smelled like a grow house that was broke down.

I recently rented a camper for a long weekend getaway, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. From the moment we stepped inside, it was evident that cleanliness was not a priority. The bathroom was not only dirty but the state of the toilet was utterly appalling. It was clear that it hadn't been properly cleaned in quite some time.
It is unfortunately we did not meet your standards unlike so many before you. The campers are maintained with upmost importance and care. Our family also use the campers for trips and enjoy them regularly without any of the issues listed.

Derrell had great communication prior, during and after the rental of the trailer. Derrell went out of his way to purchase a new generator prior to the drop off of the trailer. He will need to update the status of the linens that are in the trailer. We had to purchase bath towels and sleeping bags on the first day of our trip. We had a great time on our trip and would use Derrell's trailer again!
