- Pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- NO Smoking use is allowed in the vehicle, your entire security deposit will be held until remediation can be obtained.
- Dump Penalty: If you bring back without dumping and cleaning the compost toilet a fee will be taken out of you Security deposit. $250.00
- You are responsible for any ticket, tolls, tows, and impounds. Even if the notice arrives after late fees and admin fees have compounded.
- Pet cleaning penalty: If there is a urine or feces smell. This will be assess out of your Security Deposit $250.00
- Messy Penalty: Bring back our baby clean or this is taken out of your Security deposit. $150.00
