Tom was great! The drop off was wonderful. Unfortunately there were issues with the unit itself. The heat was inconsistent-continued to turn off throughout the night. There was a plug in heater to be utilized but it made the trailer too hot. There is also evidence of water leaks in the walls and the toilet leaked on the floor. Otherwise, it served our needs.
Tom was flexible with drop off and pickup time.
Tom came out and set up everything, making our trip easier.
Fantastic Experience, I was very leery about how it would be and we weren’t expecting a showroom quality Rv but any possible shortcomings were definitely made up for by Cleanliness, supplies, flexibility with pickup/drop off, friendliness and overall customer service.

Tom was a great host, had a battery issue and he came out and replaced it right away.
Tom was great we did the drop off option and he came and set everything up. When we thought we had no electricity (switch at camp site) Tom came back out right away to make sure everything was working. Camper was clean and had everything we needed even though we brought out items of our own. Only thing for me would have been the bed. I am used to a more softer mattress.
Great trailer and fully stocked with everything you need so you don’t have to pack it yourself. Tom thinks of everything!
