- NO CLEANING FISH IN RV: Fish cleaning in the RV is prohibited. Evidence of fish cleaning in the RV will result in $200 fee. Fish should be kept in a waterproof cooler in underneath storage.
- Cleaning: The RV must be returned with a clean interior and empty tanks. Wipe down hard surfaces, sweep floor, dirty/soiled linens on floor by bathroom, shower wiped out, dishes cleaned and put away.
- Propane: The propane tank is to be returned filled or a $3 per gallon charge will be assessed upon return and taken from the security deposit. Many gas stations around Anchorage will fill propane.
- No travel is allowed on non-paved roadways such as logging roads, forest service roads, beaches, extended gravel roads (greater than 4 miles) etc. The only exception to this is a non-paved roadway wit

Not sure where to begin.
Bill was easy to deal with and very communicative. We did have issues we found like hot water heater would no light so no hot water, kitchen sink faucet leaked and wasn’t usable and the inverter would not work. Bill was apologetic and refunded $200 and plans on making repairs soon. It did cause an inconvenience for our trip but we pushed on.
Was a great experience Willam and his family was very kind and helpful we enjoyed using this for our family vacation had almost everything you could possibly need with plenty of room for us and our 4 kids definitely would recommend

This RV had everything we needed as a group of four adults for 2 weeks. The blankets were so cozy and plenty of them, especially since it was pretty chilly for the 1st of July. There was enough pots and pans for cooking and the camp stove was in great shape. Everything worked as it should and was clean and smelled fresh when they picked us up.
we had very good experience with William's RV . we were 8 ppl staying in RV, he helped arranging sufficient blankets and pillows for all of us. pickup and drop off was smooth. very family friendly. only suggestion is add some more cookware in RV. It just had 1 pot, 1 pan and 1 small sauce pan, 1 heavy iron pan.
Motorhome was in great condition. Bill was quick to respond to our questions. We had a wonderful time on our trip. Recommend booking with Bill!
