The RV suited our needs perfectly, we parked it in the keys and just used it as a sleeping/landing pad. It had a little more wear & tear than advertised, but this did not interfere with our use/experience at all.
The over the cab bed’s vent leaked a little during a heavy rain… but i’m sure De will have fixed it already.
Pick up & communication was great.

This was honestly the worst experience out of our camping trip. When we have arrived to pick up the rv, this man has never asked me once for my id and my passport.
He instantly made me and my friends feel very uncomfortable. I told this man I never drove an RV before. Not once did he claim or even asked if I had during our texting exchanges.
I’m sorry that you did not enjoy your trip. I always strive to ensure my renters are well informed and prepared to use the RV and take pride in delivering a clean unit in good working order. It’s unfortunate that you incurred some damages the fees charged were directly related to Cleaning, late fee (18 hours late), Gas, and damages. we hope to see you again on your next trip.
