This is quite literally a cozy mobile furnished apartment! It is a newer model 40' travel trailer with three slides that sleeps up to 8 (5 without using the convertible sleeping spaces such as the couch and dinette in the main cabin. You may be able to squish up to 3 more in for a total of 11, but that will require sharing sleeping spaces) comfortably.

Ericka is all about presentation!!!
This rig was CLEAN, ORGANIZED, and FULLY LOADED for fun! Linens and towels were clean and plush. The kitchen and bathroom were spotless. Plenty of dishes, silverware, kitchen gadgets. We loved the grill / griddle. Nice chairs for outside enjoyment. Everything worked. We loved it.
Tom and Erika were a joy to work with. They were prompt. Excellent communications during the stay.

5 stars aren't enough! Thank you Tom and Ericka for renting us the a aptly named Land Yacht for extra space for my Mom's 90th Birthday - in January. Drop off was clear but pick up was after about a foot of snow. The inside was very clean and staged like an apartment. There was even a dinosaur on the bunk bed my grandson slept in! There was everything we needed inside and then some.
We are so glad to know you truly enjoyed your stay! Thank you for choosing us to host you and your family. We look forward to serving you all again in the future! (Maybe I can even get a chance to meet y'all ;))

Tom and Ericka were super responsive both prior to and throughout our trip when things came up. The RV was the most well kept and decorated that I’ve stayed in to date. Ericka’s style makes the rv feel like a home, where you would gladly welcome guests. I will definitely be renting with Ericka and Tom on our next trip north.
Tom had a wonderful rental with all the amenities. He was great to communicate with and took great care to ensure my husband and I could enjoy a stress-free weekend with our three kids.
