Overall, this was a perfect trailer for 2 people and we had a wonderful experience. The owners were great with communication when we had questions or needed assistance with minor issues on the trip. Pick and drop off we’re fairly smooth and quick. We had everything we needed and they even threw in complimentary lounge chairs for our long rental period.

We came in from out of town, and Jeff was completely ready for us early, walked us through everything, and let us return it a little late because of a problem we had at camp. He was more than helpful, he was friendly, he was organized, and everything was exactly as he said it was. We were very happy with it and have also discussed with him renting it again later this year.

Jeff & Jack are very helpful and nice person. I have the chance to meet Jack in person he answered all the questions that we had and always responded our questions, very good communication. We had a little issue with RVSHARE reservation but they did everything in their power to resolve the problem, even when it wasn't their fault.
