Sleeps up to 5 or 6 people. Has bunk beds, Queen bed, and dinette table that seats 4 people and turns into a bed that sleeps either 2 tiny humans or medium sized adult. Don't put your lumberjack here, they will hate you. :)
There is a stereo w/ CD. TV and blueray DVD player in case you would like to bring movies (all runs off generator).

We are a family of 6. On weekends, we love the outdoors spending time fishing and just hanging out at the lake. Enjoying family time as much as we can.
We bought this trailer to spend more time together but also want to rent it out for people to enjoy their adventures and create memories together. It's not too big and not too small. Perfect travel trailer for even a Full-size SUV to pull.

Rental Rules
- No pets
- No festivals
- No tailgating
- No smoking
- Minimum renter age of 25
- Renters are required to clean the inside and outside of the trailer to avoid a $100 cleaning fee.
- No Smoking or drug use is allowed. Or there will be fees.
- No pets. Pets of any kind are prohibited. Owner is allergic. Violators: Forfeit their entire deposit and additionally pay the cost of remediation.
- Tickets, Tolls, etc. - You are responsible for any ticket, tolls, tows, and impounds. Even if the notice arrives after late fees and admin fees have compounded.
- Fish Odors. Due to smell concerns no cleaning or cooking of fish is allowed in the trailer. Plan to cook the fish outside.

Adrienne was informative, responsive and worked with us on timing for pick up and drop off. The pick up was easy and smooth and the camper has a lot of things included: like chairs and a mat which is nice. The included pans are very small. Flat pan is the size of 1 piece of bread, so bring pots and pans if you have to cook for more than 2.
