Juan was extremely helpful and accomodating. He did a complete walk through and was very responsive during the trip when we reached out. Pick up and drop off was smooth. RV was great an miliage and gas. Our trip was very pleasant.

Juan is a top and a care host, he was always responding our doubts and concerns specially as it was our 1st experience with RVshare. I really appreciate his kindness and good disposition all the time. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same about the RVshare, who did not provide any help when we had a problem on the road. The expensive road assistance we paid was not worth it at all.
This was the perfect vehicle for our trip. It was clean, and comfortable. Drives easy, like a large SUV. Juan is an excellent host. This was our first experience renting an rv. Juan made it so easy. We will definitely do it again.
