The trailer would have made for the perfect experience if the batteries were strong enough to run the heater. The heater worked great while on the generator, but that wasn't feasible at night in the campground. Morgan was great to rent from. Despite the cold nights, I'd rent the trailer again if the batteries are replaced.
As far as someone from whom I would recommend renting, that person is Morgan. The true test is not when everything goes perfect, but how the owner supports you when things don't go exactly as planned. That happened to me. Morgan is patient, kind, and usually highly available during your trip to answer questions and support you if you have need. He's a great person.

Everything was perfect for our family of 7. We really loved that the bedroom mattress was an actual mattress and not a foam pad :) Morgan was a great person to rent from and we'd do it again!
