I am writing to warn others of my experience with this RV, and renter. I have 3 main issues: cleanliness, condition of the RV, and Hidden fees charged by the renter. Overall, I would absolutely avoid renting again.
1. Cleanliness: while the overall cleanliness of the vehicle looked fine in pictures, our whole family was dismayed at the smell upon entering.
We have a lot of fun during RV trip, thanks Kelly and her husband. Great Person to deal with.
Kelly was amazing to work with and their RV was just perfect for our Thanksgiving weekend in Chowchilla. Thanks for all your help and we loved our first experience renting an RV.
Kelly's RV was really nice. We enjoyed the large space and nice kitchen setup. It was great to have a fully equipped kitchen. Kelly responded quickly to all questions and pickup was super easy. If you are looking to rent a large RV, this is highly recommended.
Our trip on Kelly's Thor Motor Coach was fantastic! It was practically new and had most of what we needed for our trip. The RV ran great and was easy to maneuver into our camping area and really spacious. Kelly was really responsive to any question we had and the videos for how to operate the RV were great to acclimate us to the new vehicle. We'd rent from Kelly again!
This RV was perfect for our trip! Very clean and comfortable. We would definitely reserve this again!
