My husband, kids, mom and I took a two week trip through Utah and New Mexico and Colorado as first time RVers. Kelvin was wonderful. Anytime we had a question we just texted him and he got right back to us. Our air conditioner broke while we were on the road and he found somewhere along our route to have it repaired and was in constant contact with the whole process. The RV itself is great.
We had a great camping trip with Flynn! Kelvin was a communicative and accommodating host who worked with us to help meet our trip needs and ensure we had a great time. We would definitely rent from him again!
Rented this RV and it was great. It was everything we could have wanted. Kelvin was also great and very helpful. My family had an amazing time. Highly recommend.
Overall, this was a great experience. The RV was clean and as described. On pick-up, Kelvin walked me though the entire RV and showed me how everything worked and pointed out a few minor issues to be aware of. When I called or texted with questions, Kelvin was very prompt to respond.
Kelvin was great to work with...loved the rv and our time in Colorado. Any issues we had Kelvin was only a phone call away and was quick to help anyway he could. Recommend 10/10!!
