Rental Rules

- Experienced renter only. You must be familiar with operating the RV.
- Black and gray water tanks must be empty and all waste water hoses must be clean upon return. (There will be a separate fee for cleaning if tanks are not empty / hoses not clean)
- Please either pay the cleaning fee up front or return the rig in a visually clean condition. Otherwise a cleaning fee will be charged out of the deposit.
- Gas will be filled to full before start of rental period. Please either return the RV with full tank of (Chevron #87) gas, or alternatively, I'll fill the tank and charge gas + labor from deposit
- No pets, no smoking

We had a five-day trip in Cody’s RV. It was one of the best trips I’ve ever had. Both my kids are still asking me to have it again. The RV was clean and well maintained. The queen size bed was firm and comfortable. We brought a lot of frozen food and I was concerned if the fridge was cold enough. It turned out to be no problem at all. Cody gave me two detailed check lists and they were helpful.

Cody obviously cares about his rig. He keeps it in good shape and is thorough and helpful in explaining all about it. Communication and coordination with Cody was smooth and efficient. The upgraded mattress was great to sleep on and the upgraded suspension makes it a much better drive than comparably sized RVs.

The RV in good shape
Cody was extremely patient and considerate during RV pickup and drop-off. He listed all steps before take-off, during driving, and after parking, so that I could always go through the list when I forgot something. The RV is being carefully maintained. And there are several enhancements on both the driving and the living experience. Will definitely recommend his RV to my friends!
Cody was extremely thorough and patient walking me through his RV, and I can feel his passion on the RV lifestyle. He put in extra effort to make himself available during pick up and return, and the process couldn't be smoother. All aspects of the RV worked as listed, and my family had an excellent trip on this.
