- We deliver to your Campground of reservation, Event, or Backyard, and setup the RV. (Renters are not allowed to tow or move our RV on their own.)
- Electric awning must be brought in during wind and/or rain. You will be responsible for any damages done, up to and including replacement.
- This camper is non-smoking and you will be charged $2500 for fumigation if any signs of smoking are present.
- Only "dry camping" will be available when there are temperatures are in the 30's and below.

Camper was fantastic! Plenty of pillows, blankets, dishes, pots and pans, toilet paper, towels, hangers, hand and dish soap. Master bed has a super comfortable mattress. They have outside games, pudgy pie makers and marshmallow sticks. Whole cabinet of games inside. Couldn't ask for more.
