Our families experience with renting from Alex was a breeze. Communication, Cleanliness, was perfect. My only complaint if I could give any would be the mattress pads on the bunk beds are thin but sleeping on sleeping bags helped mitigate the firmness. The trailer was almost like taking out a brand new one for the first time after you buy one.
