Started off great.. We return the vehicle three days early. No fault to anyone.
After the return, it was a nightmare working with the owner.. false charges.. harassment..
if you ever consider renting from this guy, just remember to take pictures of everything, videos of everything and keep every receipt possible! He will claim that you did nothing and try to charge you to maximize his profits!
The customer dropped off the RV at our house without communicating and did not adhere to the rental agreement. The vehicle was not cleaned, fuel tank was not refilled, propane was not refilled, and the holding tanks were left full. Additionally, the customer exceeded the mileage limit by 500 miles.
Russell was a pleasure to work with. He made the rental process a breeze. He was quick to respond. Thanks for a fun trip!
This was our first experience with RV Share and it was really disappointing. It took us hours to clean the drawers and cabinets and unload all the personal gear, just so we could load it. Gear unloaded included two 5-gallon gas cans, (one partially filled), a toilet bucket, hiking boots, back packs, dirty, torn seat covers, countless dirty utensils, etc.
Please see our many positive reviews on this RV - Customer here is exagerating quite a bit. The Maintenance on our RV is top notch - always mechanically strong, serviced, and safe. The drawers customer referred to have beeen repaired and so have the roof vents. The awning was damaged on a previous rental. We are replacing the awning as soon as the part arrives.
The RV worked out perfect for my family of four and 2 dogs. Had the best hours for pick ups and returns. Pick up and drop off was a breeze. Owner responded to my messages on a timely manner. He even provides you a lists of gas/ propane refill, truck wash and dump stations near drop off location. The AC was cold and the beds was comfy. What more can you ask for .
Fun ride, comfortable, easy dealing with Russell, would recommend and rent this RV again.
Honestly the rv was way more then I expected for the year really well kept an everything in working order. Had no problems with pick up an our trip was amazing knowing we would sleep in such comfort I would definitely rent with Russell again super good sport upon return ty Russ for your hospitality
