Rules & Policies
- Minimum renter age of 25
- Pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- No fish cleaning in the camper, utilize outdoor kitchen.
- Vehicle must be able to comfortably tow 6K pounds and have a 2" receiver with a 7 pin connector.
- Full campground hookups, including sewer, required. Renter shall utilize the "flush out-orange" hose upon completion of trip after draining black/grey tanks to clean the system. No boondocking!
- No more than 250lbs on bunk beds.
- Awning and Outdoor kitchen must be secured in the event of inclement weather (wind-awning) or (rain-outdoor kitchen).
Any fees due to damage or neglect will be assessed upon return i.e. pet damage, stains, spills, damaged equipment, etc..
