In communication, Don was responsive and incredibly helpful. Pick up and drop off were easy. The trailer was clean. There were extra amenities in the trailer, which was a welcome surprise: towels, mats, plates, utensils, etc. This was my first trailer experience and Don walked me through the whole process and made me feel confident throughout through the whole trip.
