- Minimum renter age of 30
- Always stay in the right lane unless to pass. Do not exceed 70 mph. If windy and gusty, reduce speed to 55 mph. Maintain a stopping distance of 5 truck+trailer between you and the vehicle in front.
- Do not exceed 15 mph on dirt roads. Go over bumps slowly and carefully. Be sure to take wide turns to avoid curbs and corner signage. Steer clear of low hanging tree branches.
- If camping under a sappy pine tree, do not open the awning. If possible, avoid the sappy pine tree altogether. If wind is picking up, immediately close the awning. Close the awning at night.
- If the Cougar is returned with evidence of strenuous off-roading, pets, banned locations, festival use, tailgating, smoking, or any other abuse, you will be fined the deposit.
- Driver must be over 30 yrs old and have at least 3 years of towing experience.

The owner Benjamin was friendly and answered most questions before, and during the trip promptly. However, the RV was not ready at the set pickup time, delaying our departure on a long travel day. We were notified of this initially the evening before pickup, and of additional delay early the morning of scheduled pickup. At our first arrival destination we found it filthy.
Had a wonderful week using this trailer. Very spacious and well stocked with
everything that is needed. Very easy pick up and drop off. Thermostat for heater
was a little tricky to use but overall, it was excellent. Would definitely rent this
and work with Ben. He was always available to answer questions and was very helpful. Five stars for sure!!
We had a rental with drop off and pick up. Although the location made for a tricky delivery, the owner was outstanding at making it work. The RV was a treat for our grandkids who had never camped in the mountains before. Amazing memories made.
This RV was perfect for our family trip. He was great to work with and we had some last minute changes and he was able to deliver and pick it up for us! Everything worked great!!
This RV was exactly as expected. Ben was extremely helpful when we picked up the RV by helping us get everything hooked up & connected properly. He already had the fridge & freezer kept cold so it was ready to stock, which was a huge unexpected plus. He responded immediately to all my questions & was very flexible & accommodating with our schedule for the pick-up & drop-off.
