- Minimum renter age of 25
- No pets allowed
- No smoking allowed
- Last minute rentals (less than 5 days notice) are welcome, but will charged a $50 convenience fee
- There are several basic items in the camper you are welcome to use! Additional fees may apply if items are lost, stolen, or broken
- Evidence of smoking, pets, parties, or any strong unusual odor will forfeit your entire $500 security deposit
- We don’t charge a cleaning fee for our rentals, but anything that needs beyond “reasonable” standard cleaning will be charged a $50 cleaning fee
