- No smoking. No pets. Waste tanks must be emptied. Power must be dedicated 30amp.
- There will be a fee assessed for any food washed down sink or put in toilet. Neither is a garbage disposal. There also will be a fee if you leave the fridge wreaking of fish or spoiled food.
- Renters must clear out Trailer prior to Owner arrival for take down.

This rental could not have been any more perfect. The camper was in tip top shape - very new and clean, with just the right number of supplies for our stay. The amenities were great, and the owner had everything set up for us upon arrival. The owner was responsive and had excellent communication throughout. I definitely would like to rent this RV again and highly recommend!
